You need to use the provided MII Migration tool which deploys to the MII server instance. Once you deploy the XMIIMIGRATION...SCA file on the MII server in the filesystem you will see an executable that will launch the standalone Migration utility. This will ask you for paths to your 11.5 content and the new MII server and credentials. From here you can select which projects you wish to migrate and it will automatically move them from the filesystem into the MII Project namespaces.
