try to pass the input for selectedTag as:

Example: tag1 coming from group.. Group1/Tag1

tag2 coming directly without any group...tag2

pass input as:

"Group1/Tag1,tag2"

Hope this will resolve your issue. Make sure rest of params are passed correctly.
