I already did a search in the forum, saw some issues about the subject, but no correct answer covering our scenario...
Here it is :
We have a chain of BLS transactions which is used to send shop floor orders to an external system. For performance reason (and others related to feature of this external system), we split the process in several steps.
First step is just a starter, launched by the scheduler every hour. This starter then do a transaction call in asynch mode of second step, which is collecting the data. And this one is calling a last transaction to send the data to the external system when all data's are collected...
What we see is that randomly (not often), the transaction called in asynch mode are ran several times. Worst, for example if the second transactions ran twice, the third will be run 4 times... (it's not always 2 to 4 times started, could be much more).
Any idea what could be wrong ? For us, it's a major bug in MII or NW... We also have such behavior sometimes with the scheduler running more than one instances of a scheduled job... Off course, we opened OSS messages, but for the moment, no result, so I tempt my chance here 
We are running MII 12.1.9.2 on NW 7.11.16.0 (Unix environment in cluster, so 2 nodes with load balancing), JVM 5.1.072
