Calling Webservice by passing parameters and reading data from WITSML format

Hello Experts,

I need to make a connection between my SAP MII 12.2.0 and Fanuc Proficy Historian. Since there are certain constraints for access. So Historian people are giving me a web service (*****.asmx) path to retrieve the data. I need your help to get the data. See the complete scenerio below.

1.) I will be having a web service (*****.asmx)

2.) I need to call that web service with my SAP MII 12.2 system.

3.) I need to pass three parameter (e.g. Well name, Tag, Time )  and the web service will return the data in WITSML format (looking like a XML kind).

4.) I have to read the data from WITSML file for corresponding tag that i had passed .(say it will give Value , UOM)

Now, I want to implement this whole set. Please help me if this is possible and if yes then how to do it step by step.
