Does MII support Idoc listeners in clustered environment?
We have setup clustered environment for Production with multiple App servers and multiple nodes on each. When Idoc listener xMIIIDOC01 running in MII, I see that each instance of the listener is running in each Java node and also I can see that corresponding Registered programs (Listeners) in ECC gateway Service - SMGW. But it when there a large batch Idocs processing from ECC to MII it doesn't look like traffic is load balanced. We are on MII 14.x with NW CE 7.3.
If this clustered approach doesn't work then we have to think about adding additional Idocs listeners but I don't like the idea of changing the config/architecture on need basis, instead adding more resources etc.
Please share your experiences on boosting MII performance of Idoc Listeners?
