Thank you. I agree with you. But for some reason we took the responsibility to convert the encoding from ANSI to UTF-8. We have used .Net utility which does this UTF-8 conversion. I tested and it worked. So I created a schedule task for running this utility through a Batch file.
I am not sure of the better way to handle other than like this. Do you foresee any issues/complications with this procedure?
Can you comment on this?
