Neither I. We are using Windows server solution. But that should be same in NW.
If you go in NWA to Troubleshooting >> Logs and Traces >> Log Viewer.
or in the file system could be around here:
\usr\sap\AM0\J00\j2ee\cluster\server0\log\defaulttrace.trc or any other *.trc files. But better to work with NWA in browser, it's much more well-arranged. There have to be some error point You to the root cause.
Are you able to reach the page from the server where it is running? from localhost?

if yes, try to comment(by #) all lines in icm_filter_rules.txt and restart NW- Do not know the path from my head.
