Workbench's sequence is not getting displayed properly for BLT in SAP MII 15.0

I am facing issue with displaying a sequence while creating a new transaction in workbench of SAP MII Version 15.0 SP4 Patch 4.

Below are the screen shot for new created transaction on SAP MII 15.0 SP4 Patch 4.

Here rectangular box is not getting created for a sequence.

For Example: I tried to create a transaction in SAP MII 14.0 SP 4 Patch 0, its working fine as below.

why it’s not working in SAP MII 15.0 SP4 patch4.

For both SAP MII 15.0 and 14.0  using same JDK and JRE version 1.7.0_71

Please help me in this issue.
