Please post the XML you get when you run the personalization service:
http://<Server:Port>/XMII/Illuminator?Service=SystemInfo&Mode=CurrentProfile&Content-Type=text/xml
This way we can look a bit deeper into what's going on and also which version of MII is this (SP & Patch please)?
