You have to enable the Versioned notifications in Plant Connectivity server.

Here is the steps:

To do so, in the menu for the PCo Management Console, call up the menu path ToolsOptionsGlobal PropertiesEnhancements and select the option Activate Versioned Notifications and Notification Context.
