I am also working on MII 14.0 SP5 and facing the same issue with LogoPage.html. I even copied it from my 12.1 box to 14.0 but now the error has changed and now it gives an error with LogoPage.jsp. Somehow, I am not able to attach the screenshot but it gives me an internal server error with 'Error: Error in processing [/XMII/LogoPage.jsp] in application [sap.com/xapps~xmii~ear]. ' text.
Did you do any other changes to get it working?
Pointers from other experts are also welcomed
