It is working. After refreshing and update, I added the line. It is working fine. If added before refresh, it is not working.

document.SuperiorOrder.refresh()

document.SuperiorOrder.updateGrid(true)

document.SuperiorOrder.getGridObject().setShowColumnAsBoolean(1, true)
