You can try setting a filter in the log viewer to exclude these messages. That would at least make reading the logs easier. For performance reasons I recommend setting most of the log levels in production systems to error but I am sure there are good reasons to make exceptions. The SAP MII team is pretty receptive to customer input so you could open a ticket with sap and they may change the behavior of this message in a future release.
