Hi Siddharth,
Try doing below steps:
1. Go to System Management --> System Properties --> Proxy configuration
2. Blank out the parameters - Bypass List and Host.
3. Put port as 8080 which is default port
after saving the parameters with above settings, check if the issue persists.
