Please describe your ME installation in greater detail to include the version of ME. ME comes with MII already built in for the interfaces to SAP ERP, so if you have ME, you also already have MII.
Along with the version information, please provide more information on which features of ME you have installed/enabled and for which you are interested in the data?
If this is a general information request on the two products, I suggest that you go to SAP Manufacturing and read more about SAP ME there. I would also suggest that you read the Rules of Engagement (top right in the Getting Started link) so you can make the best use of SCN.
