SAPMEInt Workflow configuration changes need NW restart

Hi,

Changes to the Workflow configuration such as modifying Identifier or new XSLT are not getting picked up. Is there a way to refresh the cache, other than restarting NetWeaver which does work but should not be needed? The scheduled tasks keep using the old configuration. Changes in the XSLT itself though, are reflected immediately. Other users can see the changed workflow configuration, so the changes are definitely committed in the database.
