how to import alias on pco?

Hi,

I have prepared one comma saperated csv file with structure like 

Name,Source,Data Type

Tag1,Asset/Tag1,FLOAT

And trying to import on alias but it is giving error as "Index was outside the bounds of an array".

But when I have added the same tag manually on alias ,It is added properly.

I tried with this structure also but giving same error.

AliasName,Name,Source,Data Type

Alias1,Tag1,Asset/Tag1,FLOAT

Is anybody had the same problem pls guid me to reslove it.
